Some weeks ago, a brave young man walked into our studio and asked for a job at 15m. A few minutes into the interview, we knew that this was a match made in heaven and (to make a short story even shorter) we hired him.
While running his own consultancy, Castilñano has achieved a Master's Degree in service design from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design, where he also frequently teaches 3D modeling. He has studied brand development and management at BI Norwegian School of Management, entrepreneurship at Boston University Graduate School of Management, as well as Japanese film history and anthropology at the University of Oslo.
Castilñano's post-graduate thesis deals with car sharing in Oslo. The thesis describes a holistic and sustainable car sharing service that aims to attract new users to the service. The strong emphasis on the overall experience, and the use of new technology to enhance the experience of the service, both impresses and inspires us.
